RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Caydence Arellano wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you wish to exchange or return your UNWORN item, simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt of goods, in the original packaging, along with the packing slip or copy of receipt of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for credit card refunds.
To obtain a return authorization (RA#), please e-mail us at customerservice@caydencearellano.com with a brief explanation of your return or exchange. Be sure to include the item style number and your order number.
Please write the RA# on the invoice and on the outside of the return box. If merchandise is returned without an RA#, it will be refused. Mail to: 556 S. Fair Oaks Ave., #546, Pasadena, CA 91105
For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.). Caydence Arellano is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Caydence Arellano will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error.
Articles can only be returned in original packaging and still packed in their original hygiene slips and/or packages. Our return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We only refund to the credit card that was used to place the order.

If you purchased a Caydence Arellano piece from an outside retailer and would like to exchange or return it, you must bring the piece to the original retailer where the item was purchased. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from Caydence Arellano.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been shipped from our Distribution Center. (see return and exchange policy)
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to us immediately.
Please note: Pre-order products cannot be canceled or returned.
For any online orders delivered to a location outside of the U.S., you will be responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, and sales tax. If the order is returned because of your refusal to pay the sales tax and customs duties, the final amount will be refunded to your credit card after deducting all incurred costs, including sales tax and customs duties. Please be advised that it may take up to 8 weeks for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
